Return and Replacement Policy:

We appreciate your business with  My Strength Co. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully for a smooth experience:

1. Contact Within 3 Days:

   - Notify us within 3 days of receiving the product if you discover any manufacturing defect.

2. Submission of Evidence:

   - Customers are required to send an unboxing video and clear photos highlighting the identified defect.

3. Original Packaging and Unused:

   - Return goods in their original packaging and ensure they are unused for a hassle-free process.

4. Exclusions:

   - No returns for minor scratches.

   - Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as a change of mind.

5. Replacement for Size/Product Error:

   - Replacement will be provided for wrong sizes or if the incorrect product was delivered. Please follow our size guidelines to prevent size-related replacements.

6. Secure Packaging:

   - Package the product securely in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached.

7. Return Shipment:

   - Ship the item to the designated address provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for the cost and risk associated with returning goods.

8. Damage/Loss During Return:

   - We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during the return shipment process.

9. Refund Process:

   - Refunds will be initiated after thorough assessment of the returned product, complying with our policy. 

-Please note  that a deduction of  15 percent of total order value will be applied towards packaging, shipping and transaction fees before refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after deduction.
